Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ArborSnap (the “Service”), operated by CatchLead Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ArborSnap helps tree-service businesses create, send, and follow up on job estimates. Estimates are produced with AI assistance and are drafts you review and edit before sending. You are solely responsible for the prices, content, and accuracy of any estimate you send to your customers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, the Service is $149 (USD) per month unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to upload content you don’t have the right to use, to resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or to misuse it in any way that harms others or the Service.

5. Your content & customer data

You retain ownership of your business data and the customer information and photos you enter. You grant us a licence to process this data to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload any customer data and images, and to contact your customers via the Service.

6. AI-generated estimates

Estimates are generated using third-party AI and may contain errors or omissions. They are not professional arboricultural advice. Always review every estimate before relying on or sending it.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, and the ArborSnap brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
