This policy explains how CatchLead Ltd (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you use ArborSnap. We are the data controller for your account data, and a data processor for the customer information you enter.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Business profile — business name, logo, contact details, and your pricing.
• Customer data you enter — your customers’ names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and job photos, used to create and send estimates.
• Usage data — log and device information needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service (generate estimates, send quotes and follow-ups, manage your account and billing), to secure and improve the Service, and to meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with law.

Who we share it with

We use trusted sub-processors to run the Service and never sell your data:

• Anthropic — to generate estimates (job photos and notes are processed).
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Resend — sending emails; and an SMS provider if you enable texts.
• Hosting & database providers — to store and serve your data.

SMS / text messaging

When a customer provides their mobile number and agrees to receive texts about their estimate, ArborSnap may send SMS on the operator’s behalf to deliver that estimate and follow up about it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile opt-in data. No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS consent/opt-in — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never sold or shared. We share data only with the sub-processor needed to deliver the messages you request (our SMS provider), and solely to send those messages.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you can access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and request portability. To exercise these rights, email us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don’t use advertising cookies in the app.
